At Sai Tattva, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@saitattva.com with your order details to request cancellation.
  • After Shipping:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund after reviewing your request.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging
    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    We do not offer refunds for products that are used, opened, or purchased on sale/discount unless they are found to be defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
  • In cases of wrong or damaged items, Sai Tattva will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
